Use of website

Use of this website is only allowed for lawful purposes.  You may not use it to infringe on anyone else’s rights or enjoyment of our website.


Minimum age of purchase is 18 or younger with Parental Consent.


Orders are usually dispatched within one business week (Sun-Thurs) – we will let you know if there has been a delay.


– Pickup: As soon as your order is ready it can be picked up from us either in Efrat (HaMaayan 17) Thurs 10am- 6pm, or Jerusalem (Technology Park, Malha, Floor 12) Sun- Thurs 10am- 4pm. This requires scheduling in advance. Call +972546393926. Pickup must be arranged within 10 business days from being informed it is ready. Orders may be cancelled if not collected within 20 days.

– Local Pickup 7-10 days: Pickup from your local Post Office branch, Shipping through IsraelPost. Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

– To The Door 2-3 days: Delivery top your door via IsraelPost. Delivery is usually within 2-3 days business days after dispatch.


– 7-10 days: Delivery top your door via IsraelPost ECO Post. Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the World:

– 7-10: Delivery top your door via IsraelPost and Local courier. Delivery is usually within 7-10 business  days after dispatch.

Chanabana.com will not be responsible for the delay and / or delay in delivery made by a third party which is affected by force majeure and / or strikes and / or downtime and / or non-response by the customer to coordinate the shipment.


The warranty only applies to items purchased directly from us either at https://chanabana.com/ or in person.

All Chanabana products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. If damage occurs due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner, we will repair the product for a charge that we deem to be reasonable, or we will notify you to inform you that we cannot be repaired it to a standard we consider to be durable and lasting.

Our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way.

Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment washed in a way that goes against the CARE instructions, such as washing in, or exposed to, hot water, ironing, or placed in a dryer. All these conditions can be verified by simple forensics tests done on returned products. Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment exposed to chlorine, heat, gas, or any liquid above 90º F (32º C).

Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, or otherwise altered before or after purchase.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
