How long will it take until I get my order?

Orders are usually sent out within 1 week, either by tracked mail, delivery to the house or Eco post for international customers according to your preference.
Upon shipping you will receive a code to track your order.

Shipping Fee

Our shipping fee is $17 for orders in USA and Israel and $35 for the rest of the world.
Every additional item is another fee according to quantity.

What to wear with your Chanabana?

Your favourite sports bra, a good set of running shoes and headphones to listen to some good music!

Can I pick up my order?

Sure, we are located Efrat Sun- Thurs 10am- 6pm, and a Pickup location in Technology Park Malha – Jerusalem Sun- Thurs 10am- 4pm . Please schedule in advance.

What size am I?

In the description of every product, you can see a size chart with exact measurements. Go with the size you normally select, and if you want to be extra safe take out a tape measure and measure, your waist. All Chabanabana skirts are according to this one measurement.
Remember, if the size isn’t right, you can always exchange.

Size too small/big?

That’s totally OKAY, come exchange within two weeks from arrival. Please make sure to keep item unworn and in original packaging.

Buyer’s Remorse – Bought your item and changed your mind?

Return your item within 48 hours and get your money back not including shipping and handling fee (5%).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
