Born in LA, raised in Hawaii, and spent a good amount of her time in Chicago and NYC. Made Aliyah in 2013. Mother of four wonderful girls. Certified equestrian coach and therapeutic riding instructor, teaching at a sports stable near Tel Aviv for the past four years. She is also a Pilates instructor, teaching at a women's fitness studio in Efrat and privately. In the horse world, she competes Nationally in Israel in Show Jumping, and recently placed 2nd for "rider of the year" for her division in Israel's national league. She currently started training in Dressage, and for pleasure she enjoys long back-country riding trips ( she recently rode for one week in Slovenia).

Sports has increased my wellbeing, my physical comfort in my own body, my state of peace in my mind and soul, and helps create and maintain a healthy momentum of positive energy in life.
What motivates you to get up and exercise?
By choosing sports that are really fun for me, and in places with good vibes, and knowing how good it makes me feel.
A tip for an easier life?
Give yourself a lot of love and a big hug every day. Say "thank you" when you meet challenges, and speak to yourself as you would your own best friend.
